Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the brand's social media presence, develop and execute content strategies, create and optimize posts for engagement, and analyze performance metrics. The role involves executing social media marketing campaigns, creating compelling written content, and ensuring alignment with the company's communication strategy. Additional responsibilities include monitoring industry trends and collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-tier social media activations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in crafting and executing effective Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with emerging trends and platforms in the social media and digital marketing space
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus
