This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms, creating engaging content, and optimizing posts to maximize reach and engagement. Additional responsibilities include analyzing social media metrics, managing brand presence, and collaborating with content and marketing teams to meet business objectives. The role also involves staying updated with social media trends to ensure strategies remain innovative and impactful.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating engaging and effective posts
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies that align with brand goals
- Understanding of analytics tools to assess social media performance and optimize strategies
- Creative mindset with knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple platforms and campaigns
- Previous experience in brand management or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
