🧠What You’ll Own
You won’t just manage pages. You’ll drive impact.
- Develop and execute social media strategies for premium and high-growth brands
- Build platform-first content calendars (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, Carousels, etc.)
- Create original, scroll-stopping content ideas
- Work closely with design, video, and performance teams
- Analyze data, track metrics, and turn insights into sharper content
- Present performance reports to internal teams and clients
- Stay ahead of trends before they become trends
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Strong grasp of hooks, storytelling, and platform psychology
- Comfortable with analytics, reporting, and performance metrics
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Fast thinker. Faster executor.
- Someone who takes ownership, not instructions.
