Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Social Media Manager, located in Indore. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and managing effective social media strategies. Key responsibilities include creating and scheduling engaging content, optimizing social media platforms for increased engagement (SMO), monitoring analytics to inform improvements, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Expertise in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve outreach
- Experience with social media advertising campaigns is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
