Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that align with the company’s goals. Daily tasks include developing engaging content, optimizing social media presence (SMO), conducting performance analysis, and constantly engaging with the online community to foster brand loyalty. Collaboration with the creative and content teams will be essential to deliver high-quality and impactful campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Experience in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on insights
- Proactive mindset, teamwork skills, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools like social media scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards, and graphic design software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
