Brewk Space is looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead and scale our digital presence across real estate, land intelligence, architecture, construction, and AI-driven property solutions.
This is not a generic posting role.
We are looking for someone who understands branding, storytelling, premium visual communication, and growth-driven content strategy.
You will work directly with leadership and help shape the public voice of one of South India’s fastest-growing land intelligence and real estate advisory platforms.
What You’ll Handle:
• End-to-end management of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube
• Real estate and architecture content strategy
• Reels, short-form video planning, and content coordination
• Property showcase campaigns and branding content
• Founder branding and thought leadership posts
• Social media calendar planning and campaign execution
• Coordination with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams
• Performance tracking, engagement growth, and lead-focused campaigns
• AI-assisted content workflows and automation-driven publishing
Preferred Skills:
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Experience in real estate, architecture, luxury, construction, or premium brands preferred
• Excellent English communication and copywriting
• Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma, or equivalent tools
• Understanding of branding aesthetics and premium visual storytelling
• Ability to independently execute fast-moving campaigns
Bonus Skills:
• Drone/video shoot coordination
• Basic photography/videography understanding
• AI tools for content creation
• Performance marketing awareness
