Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage end-to-end social media accounts for our clients. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning content, designing posts, editing reels, managing daily publishing, and ensuring consistent growth across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with client goals.
- Design 10–15 high-quality static posts every month.
- Edit 10–15 engaging reels and short-form videos.
- Write captions, CTAs and perform hashtag research.
- Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite.
- Manage Stories, Highlights and daily account activities.
- Monitor comments, messages and community engagement.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals and content planning.
- Analyze account performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and platform algorithm changes.
- Ensure all content maintains the client's brand identity and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Canva (Mandatory)
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Preferred)
- CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Meta Business Suite
- Basic knowledge of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
- Content planning and copywriting
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Experience handling multiple client accounts
- Portfolio of social media posts and reels
