Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on insights. The role involves collaborating with designers, copywriters, and client service teams, responding to audience interactions, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices to keep brand communication relevant and effective.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency or brand-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting in Ahmedabad.
