Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Social Media Manager, based in Kolkata. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media strategies across various platforms. Daily tasks include overseeing content creation, scheduling posts, analyzing social media performance, and engaging with the audience. The role also involves collaborating with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure the success of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
- Understanding of analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform strategy
- Proficiency in staying updated on industry trends and social media algorithms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with design tools or platforms is a plus
