Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and foster engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and curating content, optimizing social media performance, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to recommend innovative approaches. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for aligned messaging is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to strengthen online brand presence
- Strong skills in Writing and Content Strategy for creating and managing engaging digital content
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and engage audiences
- Analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics and improve marketing efforts
- Ability to stay updated with evolving social media trends and implement innovative strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools and experience running social media campaigns is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
