About the Role
We are looking for a creative, experienced and proactive Social Media Manager to support our digital presence across platforms. The manager will assist in content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking while gaining hands-on experience in brand building and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook)
- Create engaging content (captions, reels ideas, carousels, stories)
- Support content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and trends
- Assist in basic graphic/video coordination (with designers/editors)
- Track analytics and prepare simple performance reports
- Research hashtags, competitors, and industry trends
- Support campaigns, launches, and events
- Skills & RequirementsBasic understanding of social media platforms
- Good written communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar (bonus)
- Interest in AI, technology, startups, or digital marketing (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
