Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing social media performance through SMO techniques, and writing compelling posts. Additional responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics and staying updated on social media trends to ensure the company’s online presence aligns with its innovative brand identity.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and creating strategic plans for social media platforms
- Skill in Writing clear, engaging, and impactful social media content
- Familiarity with analyzing social media metrics and tools to track performance
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Bengaluru
- Proven creativity and a keen understanding of current social media trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred
