SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

This is a hands-on leadership role — the candidate will lead the team but must also step into execution when required.
Role Overview:
We're seeking a results-oriented Social Media Lead to drive strategic social media initiatives for our agency clients. This role combines hands-on execution with team leadership—you'll develop comprehensive strategies, manage both organic and paid campaigns, lead a talented team, and deliver measurable results across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists
- Manage organic campaigns across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube)
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Oversee content calendars, community management, and brand reputation
- Track KPIs, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to clients
- Present strategies and results to clients
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROAS
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Proven track record with organic and paid social campaigns
- Experience leading/mentoring teams
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent client management and communication
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Portfolio with measurable results
