Key Responsibilities
• Execute content ideas into thoughtful, high-performing digital assets.
• Create and publish:
• 1 high-quality post per day
• Daily stories
• 2–3 reels per week
• Cross-posts on X and YouTube Shorts
• Content growth strategy for YouTube channel
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of the entire publishing process – design, editing,
uploading, captioning, and optimization.
• Maintain consistent brand design aesthetic.
• Analyze engagement metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
• Implement cross-platform repurposing strategies for maximum organic reach.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience managing and growing social media accounts.
• Proven record of quantifiable growth (follower metrics, engagement rates, virality
examples).
• Strong design and visual storytelling ability.• Expertise in reel editing and optimization.
• Thorough understanding of Instagram algorithm dynamics.
• Skill in content repurposing for YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Ability to manage end-to-end digital operations independently.
