Hiring: Social Media Manager (On-site, Powai)
Biobaxy Technologies is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team in Powai, Mumbai on a contract-for-hire basis. This role is ideal for a digital storyteller with a data-driven mindset and a passion for building online communities.
Role OverviewAs our Social Media Manager, you will lead the organization’s digital presence. You will be responsible for end-to-end management, from high-level strategy and campaign planning to daily content creation and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging, persuasive, and brand-consistent content across all major platforms.
- Optimization (SMO): Drive organic growth and engagement through effective Social Media Optimization techniques.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze metrics to provide actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to strengthen the company’s online presence and brand voice.
Qualifications- Expertise: Proven proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing content strategies that align with brand messaging.
- Trend Awareness: Deep knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
