Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Nagpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing the strategy, managing, and executing social media accounts, creating and publishing engaging content, optimizing social media channels, and driving audience growth and engagement along with branding. The role also entails collaborating with various teams, monitoring trends, and analyzing social media performance data to refine strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Management and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Experience in Designing and Utilizing Social Media Creatives and Creating Content around the same
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences and collaborate with teams
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage hybrid work schedules
- Familiarity with wildlife or eco-tourism is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms is an advantage
