Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Social Media Manager based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute the organization’s social media strategies, create compelling content, and optimize social media platforms for engagement and visibility. The role involves managing communications with audiences, developing innovative content strategies, monitoring analytics, and ensuring the organization's vision and mission are reflected across online platforms. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining industry best practices will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for crafting engaging, impactful content
- Experience in developing Content Strategies tailored to audience engagement and organizational goals
- Familiarity with analytics tools for evaluating social media performance
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple platforms and campaigns
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic projects
- Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
