Role: Content & Instagram Intern
This is not a "make pretty posts" role.
This is not a "follow the template" role.
You will CREATE.
You will STORYTELL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create reels that stop the scroll
• Design posters & creatives
for Instagram
• Write captions that make people
feel the mountains
• Build travel packages that
sell themselves
• Grow our Instagram organically
• Turn every trip into
cinematic content
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong Instagram & content
creation experience
• Must have managed a real
Instagram page before —
not just personal account
• Video editing skills —
Reels, CapCut, Premiere or similar
• Graphic design skills —
Canva or Adobe
• Understanding of travel
content & trends
• Storytelling ability —
captions that convert
• Self-driven — no hand-holding
• Must be able to work remotely
