Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager who can take charge of building and growing our brand presence across digital platforms. The role requires someone who can plan, create, and publish impactful content while staying aligned with current trends and audience behavior. You will be responsible for managing daily social activity, improving engagement, and using analytics to refine strategies for better reach and performance. The ideal candidate understands how content drives growth and can turn insights into actionable social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth.
- Develop original, high-quality content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.
- Manage content calendars, campaign planning, and timely execution of posts and campaigns.
- Conceptualize and run digital campaigns including brand promotions, interactive content, contests, and paid collaborations.
- Monitor social media channels daily, respond to audience interactions, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights.
- Evaluate KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, conversions, and follower growth to optimise ongoing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure alignment with overall brand and campaign goals.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and new content formats to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Identify, approach, and collaborate with influencers, creators, and digital partners relevant to the brand audience.
- Manage influencer campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring authenticity and campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute creative ideas for reels, videos, ad creatives, and storytelling formats that improve brand recall.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing (agency or brand experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and content performance trends.
- Excellent communication skills with strong copywriting ability and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging, and trend-driven content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and perform under fast-paced conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with influencers, creators, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in design and content tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative software.
