We’re looking to build a distinct, premium brand voice online.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Lead to own and build BetterGreens’ presence across platforms.
This role involves content creation, storytelling, and brand building, with strong on-ground involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content across social platforms
- Develop a strong visual and storytelling language for the brand
- Highlight products, seasons, sourcing, and everyday moments
- Work closely with store, bakery, and warehouse teams
- Capture real-time, on-ground content
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and PR partners
Requirements
- Strong visual sense and understanding of premium aesthetics
- Experience in social media/content creation preferred
- Ability to think creatively and execute consistently
- Comfortable working on-ground and across teams
