1)Ability to manage 3–4 brands simultaneously
2) Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategy
3) Proficiency in Canva
4) Basic video editing skills on phone (Reels/short-form content)
5) Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setup
6) Creative thinker with good execution skills
