Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media & Content Assistant based in Himachal, with the option for partial remote work. The person will work on the development and execution of social media content, strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement activities, content & copywriting, and more. Responsibilities include creating, scheduling, and managing content across various social media platforms, monitoring performance metrics, engaging with audiences, optimizing campaigns, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing, along with managing the content & copy requirements for the clients.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to effectively manage and grow various platforms
- Proficiency in crafting Content Strategies and Writing engaging posts and campaigns
- Skilled in flawlessly writing content & copies, without making grammar mistakes
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with audiences and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of analytics tools to track performance and optimize social media strategies
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools to keep strategies innovative and competitive
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in using social media management platforms is preferred
