Position: Social Media Executive
Experience: 3+ Years (Agency Experience Preferred)
Location: Ulhasnagar (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage multiple client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
✅ Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
✅ Schedule and publish content regularly
✅ Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors
✅ Create engaging Reels and write compelling captions
✅ Research hashtags and write effective CTAs
✅ Increase followers, engagement, reach & YouTube subscribers organically
✅ Build LinkedIn connections and drive organic traffic
✅ Reply to comments, DMs and manage online communities
✅ Prepare monthly performance reports, competitor analysis & client presentations
✅ Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years of Social Media Management experience
* Agency experience preferred
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
* Knowledge of Meta Business Suite
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
