We're Hiring | Social Media Manager — Anika Media Pvt. Ltd.
Anika Media Pvt. Ltd. (Bhopal, MP) is a results-driven advertising agency helping brands grow through data-driven campaigns, creative content strategies, and measurable social media performance.
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Social Media Manager to join our team full-time, on-site in Bhopal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Build and execute monthly content calendars with consistent brand tone and visuals
- Research latest trends, reel formats, and viral content ideas — pitch fresh concepts weekly
- Create creatives on Canva and edit content directly from mobile
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI) to enhance content quality and workflow
- Basic Meta Ads — campaign objectives, post boosting, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate shoots, influencer collaborations, and vendor/branding requirements
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategic improvements for clients
- Handle client communication — approvals, feedback, and reporting
- Prepare monthly performance reports and presentations
- Maintain brand assets, content records, and internal team coordination

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong Social Media Marketing and SMO skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience in content strategy and performance analysis
- Proficiency in social media tools, analytics, and AI platforms
- Ability to create and edit content on mobile
- Creative mindset with awareness of current social media trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in an agency or similar role is an advantage
