Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Social Media Manager. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing content across platforms, optimizing social media accounts, and engaging with online audiences. Key tasks include creating and curating posts, analyzing performance metrics, boosting audience engagement, and staying updated on social media trends to enhance the institute's online presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
- Strong writing and communication skills to create compelling and engaging content
- Experience with developing and executing comprehensive content strategies
- Understanding of analytics tools to evaluate social media performance and optimization opportunities
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative campaigns that align with the organization's mission
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, including scheduling and marketing software
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in managing social media for educational institutions or niche domains is a plus
