At Alankrit, we create high-quality, hand-made traditional Indian clothing. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to look after our online presence. Your job will be to show our brand to the world through social media and make sure our website is easy for customers to use.
What You Will Do
1. Social Media Management
Create and post engaging photos, videos, and Reels regularly on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to attract more audiences and increase traffic to our website.
Run targeted ads on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to expand reach, drive website traffic, and boost online sales.
Stay updated on new fashion trends and social media strategies to keep our pages fresh, relevant, and optimized for higher engagement and conversions.
2. Customer Interaction & Online Sales
Interact with customers across social media and online platforms to handle sales inquiries and product-related questions.
Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and DMs to guide customers through their purchase decisions.
Assist customers with sizing, pricing, availability, and order-related queries to help convert inquiries into successful sales.
3. Website Management
Coordinate closely with the website’s tech team to ensure all new products are accurately uploaded with correct pricing and details.
Regularly review the website’s performance and user experience, monitor traffic through tools like Google Analytics, and promptly communicate and follow up with the tech team to resolve any technical issues efficiently.
4. Working with Influencers
Find fashion bloggers and influencers who match the Alankrit brand.
Talk to them about working together and make sure they post great content about our clothes.
Manage simple contracts and timelines for these partners.
5. Managing Photo Shoots
Help plan and organize monthly photo shoots for our new collections.
Coordinate with models and photographers to make sure photos are delivered on time.
Education: A college degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
Experience: Previous experience managing social media or a website (ideally in the fashion industry).
Skills:
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
Basic skills in Canva or Photoshop to make simple designs.
Clear English (writing and speaking) and a great eye for detail.
Personality: You are creative, organized, and can work well with a team.
