Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead AIWO’s social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning, campaign execution, audience engagement, and branding skills to help grow our online community and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Develop engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Manage and grow AIWO’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative execution.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and healthcare professionals for campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like WATI, Zoho Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
