Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team on-site in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling compelling content, optimizing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to improve reach and engagement. This role also involves close collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall branding and marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Strong understanding of Content Strategy and planning for different platforms
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
- Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics to measure performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus
