Job Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of Rasta.AI, an AI-powered road intelligence and mapping platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Create and schedule engaging content including posts, graphics, reels, and short videos related to AI, smart mobility, road safety, and technology innovation.
Manage daily social media activities including posting, monitoring comments, and responding to messages.
Work with the product and marketing team to promote Rasta.AI features, updates, case studies, and government collaborations.
Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Run and manage paid social media campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for high-quality digital campaigns.
Required Skills
Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategy.
Knowledge of tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of AI, technology, or the startup ecosystem is preferred.
Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or other bachelor’s degree fields.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Experience working with technology startups will be an advantage.
