Job Description: Social Media Manager
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and handling podcast reels/videos. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content strategy, video editing, audience engagement, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Convert podcast episodes into short-form engaging reels/videos for social media.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to create relevant content.
- Run paid social media campaigns when required.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in creating podcast clips, reels, and promotional videos.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in personal branding, podcasts, or influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools.
