Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role located in Delhi, India. The intern will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting overall digital marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, designing posts, researching trends, interacting with audiences, and collaborating with the marketing team to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and audience engagement
- Basic understanding of analytics tools to track performance and optimize content
- Creative thinking with an aptitude for staying updated on social media trends
- Enthusiasm for branding, storytelling, and building online communities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred
- Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance & skills)
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): High-performing interns will be offered a full-time role based on KPI evaluation and overall contribution
- Hands-on Experience: Work directly on real client projects in BFSI & IT hiring ecosystem
- Skill Development: Practical exposure to Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, Branding, and Digital Campaigns
