We're 🚀 hiring a Social Media Manager at AAYNA Clinic.</p>
We're looking for someone who treats social media like a bit of an art form. Someone who spots a trend three scrolls before it blows up, has strong feelings about serif vs. sans-serif on a Reel cover, knows exactly what makes something feel premium instead of just "trying," and genuinely lights up at the thought of building a brand people trust with their skin, their confidence, and their story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with brand positioning
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & emerging platforms
- Plan and oversee content calendars (reels, posts, stories, campaigns)
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists & marketing team for content creation
- Shoot supervision & basic understanding of aesthetic photography/video
- Write compelling captions aligned with luxury skincare positioning
- Manage influencer collaborations & brand partnerships
- Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments professionally
- Run paid campaigns in coordination with performance marketing team
- Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports & optimize strategy
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis & viral formats
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencer/creator partnerships; negotiate collabs and track ROI
- Plan and execute launches, patient/community events, and on-ground activations end-to-end
- Build co-marketing partnerships and brand collaborations that expand reach and credibility
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management
- Experience in luxury, beauty, skincare, fashion or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms & reel trends
- Excellent copywriting & communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & analytics tools
- Ability to manage shoots & coordinate with internal teams
- Self-driven, proactive & brand-sensitive approach
- Have worked in the service industry or luxury/premium space — hospitality, beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands where experience and perception are everything.
