Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in the Pune Division. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies for various platforms to support brand growth and engagement. They will manage posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, and create engaging content aligned with overall marketing goals. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and develop innovative campaign strategies to enhance client visibility and business impact.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in crafting effective Content Strategies
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and performance insights
- Knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and platforms
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
