Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in the Pune Division. The Social Media Manager will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence, oversee daily content creation and posting, optimize social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to ensure strategic goals are met. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns while maintaining brand voice and identity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media performance data
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in managing social media for brands or agencies is highly desirable
