Social Media Manager & Designer
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Employment Type: Hybrid (3 days/week from office, rest remote)
CTC: 3-4 LPA
About the Role
We're seeking a creative Social Media Manager & Designer to drive our brand's online presence. You'll handle content creation, campaign management, and visual design to boost engagement across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. This hybrid role offers flexibility while being hands-on in our Powai office 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies, including content calendars, posts, stories, and reels.
- Design eye-catching visuals, graphics, videos, and animations using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, and other design tools.
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, analytics tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and performance reporting.
- Collaborate on campaigns, influencer outreach, and trend monitoring to grow followers and conversions.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging tools.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) plus Canva, Figma, Carousels making, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, reels, and branding work.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and knowledge of Mumbai's digital trends.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field (preferred).
