Job Title - Social Media Manager – AI
Location- Sector 43, Gurgaon (On-site)
Experience Required- 2–4 Years
Salary Range - ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands AI-first content and knows how to use AI tools to create fast, engaging, and trend-driven social media content.
This is not a conventional social media role. We need someone who actively explores new AI tools, experiments with formats, understands internet culture, and can execute content quickly using AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.
- Create AI-driven content ideas, campaigns, and trend-based executions
- Research and stay updated with the latest AI tools, trends, and content formats
- Use AI tools like Claude, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Kling, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and similar platforms for content creation and ideation
- Experiment with new AI tools regularly and identify how they can improve content quality and speed
- Coordinate with editors/designers for smooth execution of content
- Plan and execute monthly/weekly content calendars
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social copy
- Monitor performance, engagement, and audience growth across platforms
- Keep track of viral trends, AI updates, and competitor content
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management/content strategy
- Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form content
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation
- Good understanding of AI-generated visuals, videos, workflows, and prompts
- Strong creative thinking and fast execution ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Someone who actively experiments with new tools and stays ahead of trends
Preferred
- Experience working with AI/content/media brands
- Understanding of meme culture, internet trends, and viral content formats
- Basic editing/design understanding is a plus
