Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Janakpuri, New Delhi for a Social Media Manager & Ads Expert. The position involves managing and optimizing social media platforms, creating and executing content strategies, developing campaigns, and engaging with the online community. The role also includes handling social media advertising initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will also be integral to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in Content Strategy and social media campaign development
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools to optimize social media performance
- Ability to create engaging and culturally sensitive content
- Experience in managing online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of India's cultural and traditional values is an added advantage
