Citta AI is hiring a Social Media Manager to lead social for our agency and clients — powered by AI every step of the way.
We're an AI-first digital marketing agency based in Hyderabad. Every workflow — content, creative, reporting, research — runs on AI. We're looking for a social media pro who's excited to use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Opus Clip to produce 10x more content, 10x faster, without losing quality.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end social strategy and execution for Citta AI and client accounts
- Content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, and Threads
- AI-driven content creation — copy, carousels, reels, thumbnails
- Community management and trend-jacking
- Monthly analytics and performance reporting
You're a fit if you have:
- 2–5 years of hands-on social media management experience
- Proven growth on at least one Instagram or LinkedIn account
- Strong English copywriting
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut)
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and scheduling tools
- Curiosity about AI and a learning mindset
