Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator. Responsibilities include managing and strategizing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging and original content, and optimizing social media platforms to achieve business objectives. The role requires active collaboration with the marketing and creative team to effectively convey the brand's story and drive audience engagement. The candidate is also expected to monitor social media trends and performance metrics to continuously enhance campaigns.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
- Good content creation is a must.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing
- Outstanding Communication skills for both internal collaboration and audience engagement
- Comfortable in content creation
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure social media performance
- Creative mindset and adaptability to quickly respond to trends
- Experience or knowledge of advertising and digital campaigns is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
