We work with brands across industries and help them grow their online presence, increase engagement, and generate real business results through strategic content and marketing.
We are now looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of client accounts, manage strategies, lead creative execution, and communicate directly with clients.
Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing complete social media accounts for clients from strategy creation to content planning and execution. This role requires someone who can:
- Communicate directly with clients
- Plan content strategies
- Generate creative content ideas
- Manage a team for execution
- Track performance and bring results
You should have experience handling social media for brands or agencies and be comfortable working remotely while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies for client accounts
- Communicate with clients and understand their business goals
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars
- Generate creative content ideas aligned with brand voice
- Work with designers and editors to execute content
- Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise content strategies
- Research trends and implement new social media strategies
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams for content production
- Maintain client satisfaction and ensure timely delivery
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media marketing
- Ability to create content strategies and content calendars
- Experience managing client communication
- Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms
- Creative thinking and idea generation
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva or similar tools)
- Basic video editing knowledge
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Tools Experience (Preferred)
- Canva
- Notion
- Trello
- Google Workspace
- Scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management
- Experience working with brands or agencies
- Experience handling international clients is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Hiring Process
There will be 2 interview rounds, which may include:
