Hiring: Social Media & LinkedIn Growth Manager
Exp : 4-5 Years
Location : South Ex, New Delhi
Work From Office | Full-Time
We are looking for a highly experienced, creative, and growth-oriented Social Media & LinkedIn Growth Manager who can lead brand growth across platforms, manage clients, handle team operations, and drive high-quality content strategies for multiple industries.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media beyond posting — someone who deeply understands algorithms, audience psychology, content performance, branding, automation, and digital growth.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Growth & Strategy
Create and execute growth strategies for:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram & Facebook (Meta)
- YouTube
- Other emerging social platforms
Strong understanding of:
- LinkedIn Algorithm
- Meta Algorithms
- YouTube Algorithms
- Organic growth strategies
- SEO fundamentals
- Hashtag & keyword strategy
- Audience targeting & engagement optimization
- Content Creation & Brand Building
Plan and create:
- LinkedIn content
- Personal branding content
- Reels/Shorts ideas
- Carousels & creatives
- Video scripts
- Thought leadership content
- Build and manage monthly content calendars
- Research trends, competitors, and viral content opportunities
- Bring creative and strategic thinking to every campaign
- AI Tools & Creative Tools Expertise
Hands-on experience with tools like:
Canva, Photoshop, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Other AI-based content & automation tools, Analytics, Automation & Optimization
Experience using:
Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Automation tools for LinkedIn, Meta & YouTube, Analyze performance metrics and improve engagement, reach, and conversions
- Team & Client Management
- Manage and guide content/social media team
- Handle multiple client accounts professionally
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and strategists
- Ensure timely execution and quality delivery
- Take ownership of growth targets and campaign performance
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with multiple industries such as: Healthcare, Education, Finance, Real Estate, Personal Branding, Corporate Brands
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience psychology
- Self-driven, proactive, and growth-minded personality
