Job Overview
We are hiring a Social Media & Lead Generation Executive who will start as a Trainee/Intern for the initial 3 months. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in digital marketing and sales.
Candidates will be responsible for generating leads through social media, handling client conversations via chat and calls, and contributing to revenue growth.
Training & Agreement Structure
- Initial 3 months will be considered as Training/Internship period
- A 3-month agreement will be applicable
- Based on performance, candidates will be promoted to a full-time Executive role
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients via chat
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead conversion
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication
- Update and manage lead data regularly
- Work closely with the team to improve conversion rates
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (Freshers are also welcome)
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Comfortable with chat and calling roles
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
Salary & Incentives
During Training (First 3 Months):
- ₹3,000 per month
- Up to 5% incentive on generated revenue
After Training (Post 3 Months):
- Minimum ₹5,000 per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives (high earning potential)
Working Details
- Location: Gorakhpur (UP)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Office Timing Window: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Shift of 5 hours + 1 hour break within this window)
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Office + Remote flexibility)
