Brand & Content Lead — Lehenga Lovestory
Location: Noida HQ (On-site, full-time)
Compensation: ₹3–4.5 LPA for early-career candidates; ₹5–7 LPA for candidates with 3+ years and a proven portfolio

We're hiring a Brand & Content Lead to shape how Lehenga Lovestory shows up in the world.
About Lehenga Lovestory
We are a modern bridal and occasion-wear brand built around storytelling, craftsmanship, and the emotional experience of dressing. We are digital-first, experience design led, built for the new generation of ethnic wear products. We launch in July, and we're building this to be the kind of brand a bride finds and feels — not just sees.
Lehenga Lovestory was founded in 2025 by Hina Ahuja, who formerly led Experience Design at Times Internet, ex-IBM, and an alumna of Pearl Academy. Her vision is to build a bride-first brand that moves the conversation from "what should I wear" to "this feels like me" — and she invites the right candidate to join her core team.
What we're trying to achieve, and why this role exists
We want Lehenga Lovestory to feel like a chapter out of a personal diary — not a fashion magazine. Every bride who finds us should feel something quietly real, before she ever sends her first message.
That is the work of this role. To shape and carry the voice of Lehenga Lovestory into every place a bride or her family might discover us — Instagram, Pinterest, our DMs, our Production Center, the conversations ahead with creators and press.
The role
This is a role that sits between our artisans and our audience — close enough to both to make work that feels true. The audience is plural: a Bareilly bride, a Bandra bride, a Boston bride, and the mothers and bridesmaids beside each of them.
You will own:
- The daily expression of the brand on Instagram — grid, reels, stories, captions, community
- The pre-launch and launch content engine, alongside our content strategist and creative partners
- The first conversations with brides who land in our DMs — the front door of the brand
- On-the-ground content capture at our Production Center
- Pinterest, YouTube, and the platforms we'll grow into
- The instinct for when to post, what to say, and what to leave unsaid
This is not a strategy-only role. It is an ownership role. You'll be in the work, every day.

A promising arc. From the daily voice of the brand today, into Lehenga Lovestory's wider creative, community, and cultural leadership tomorrow — bigger campaigns, deeper community-building across India and the diaspora, and the cultural conversations a brand like ours is uniquely placed to lead.
Who we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in mass communication, journalism, media studies, marketing, design, English, or a related discipline. The foundation matters — though demonstrable craft can carry weight where the degree title is non-traditional.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on social and content work — ideally in fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, beauty, or premium D2C.
- A portfolio you're proud to share. Your own Instagram. Reels you produced. Captions you wrote. We want to see your work, not your employer's.
- Great communication skills in English and Hindi — written and spoken. The ability to craftfully articulate an idea, a script, a caption, or a brief.
- Visual taste, judgment, and a self-starter rhythm. You bring ideas; we react to them.
- Skilled with an iPhone for photo and video capture. Confident with mobile-first editing tools, Canva, Instagram-native tooling, and AI workflows that support — not replace — your own thinking.
- Street smart. Comfortable negotiating with agencies, freelancers, creators, and influencers — getting the right outcome without losing the relationship.
- Comfort with on-site work at our Noida HQ and frequent presence at our Production Center.
