Job description
Job Title: Social Media Manager (Hospitality)
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Salary Budget: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Plan and execute daily and weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Schedule posts, reels, and stories as per the content calendar
• Upload a minimum of 6 stories per day
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, colours, fonts, and visual identity
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers
• Optimize captions using relevant keywords and hashtags
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
2. Brand Aesthetics & Mood Board Creation
• Create monthly mood boards for content themes
• Maintain visual consistency aligned with the brand identity
• Curate reference inspirations for shoots and campaigns
• Ensure grid alignment and a premium page aesthetic
• Work closely with the creative team to execute the visual direction
3. Community & Reputation Management
• Respond professionally and promptly to:
• Google Reviews
• Zomato Reviews
• Swiggy Reviews
• Instagram comments and DMs
• Escalate critical complaints internally
• Maintain the brand voice in all customer communication
• Monitor brand mentions and engagement
4. Keyword & Trend Research
• Research trending hashtags, audios, and content formats
• Monitor competitor activity
• Suggest new content formats to improve engagement
• Stay updated with social media algorithm trends
5. Performance Tracking
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and review ratings
• Maintain monthly performance reports
• Provide insights and improvement strategies
Skills Required
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and trends
• Eye for aesthetics and premium visual storytelling
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to handle customer communication professionally
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented
Bonus Points
• Experience in F&B or restaurant marketing
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools
• Understanding of influencer collaborations
• Experience managing multi-location brands
