We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Digital Ads Specialist, who not only thinks outside the box but is ready to blow the box away. TCTC is building its social content layer.
We work across campaigns, films, institutional brands, digital systems and high-output retainers. Which means this role goes beyond “posting content.”
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, write clearly, execute consistently and manage fast-moving content environments without losing structure or their mind.
You should understand:
how content works, how platforms behave, and how brands stay relevant in a constantly changing digital space.

- Content coordination across design, copy and video teams
You’ll work across multiple brands and demanding timelines where consistency and speed both matter.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital-first / social media / content-led agency
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and platform-native content behaviour
- Good writing skills with experience creating social-first communication
- Experience handling high-volume content pipelines and quick turnarounds
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, editors and creative teams
- Someone curious about trends, internet culture and evolving content formats
- Comfortable using AI tools within content workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Build monthly content roadmaps and content calendars
- Create content pillars, campaign themes and communication buckets
- Write captions, content copy and social communication
- Identify trend and moment-marketing opportunities
- Brief designers and editors clearly for content execution
- Ensure publishing consistency and calendar adherence
- Manage community engagement and page activity
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of content
- Track engagement, reach and platform growth performance
- Create monthly reports and derive learnings from content performance
