🚨 We're Hiring: Social Media Lead (Immediate Joining)

Position: Social Media Lead
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
✅ Develop and lead content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
✅ Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
✅ Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
✅ Monitor social media platforms and engage with the audience
✅ Coordinate with design and event teams for seamless campaign execution
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 3–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing
✔️ Strong understanding of social media algorithms, growth strategies, and paid advertising
✔️ Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools
✔️ Creative mindset with leadership capabilities
✔️ Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic work environment
Preferred:
⭐ Experience in the event or entertainment industry
⭐ Knowledge of influencer marketing and paid advertising
⭐ Experience with on-ground event coverage and live content creation
