Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Internship role based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, basic graphic or video assets (with guidance), and writing engaging captions aligned with brand voice. The intern will monitor social channels for comments and messages, help respond or escalate appropriately, and track engagement metrics to identify content trends. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and design team members, contributing ideas for content calendars, and staying updated on social media best practices and platform updates.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, especially in the context of startups.
- Clear written and verbal Communication skills for crafting posts, captions, and stakeholder updates.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and basic content tools (e.g., Canva, reels/shorts editing) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively
