Social Media, PR & Collaborations Intern

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role. You won’t just “observe”.
Social Media
- Assist in planning and executing Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
- Track trends, audios, formats, and competitor content daily
- Help build weekly content calendars
- Write captions, hooks, and story copy that sound natural, not salesy
- Coordinate with creators and the internal team for shoots and uploads
PR & Collaborations
- Research influencers, creators, and brand partners relevant to Mesmerize
- Reach out for collaborations, gifting, and barter deals
- Coordinate product dispatches and follow-ups
- Track content deliverables and posting timelines
- Help manage creator relationships and brand image
Content & Brand Awareness
- Support UGC planning and on-camera content ideas
- Assist in campaign launches, giveaways, and drops
- Keep an eye on what’s working and what’s not (engagement, reach, saves)
What We’re Looking For
- You genuinely love Instagram and understand how content works
- Strong sense of aesthetics and trends
- Comfortable writing in simple, clear English (Hinglish is a plus)
- Basic Canva knowledge is important
- Comfortable being on camera or coordinating with people who are
- Organized, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative
Bonus If You
- Follow jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands closely
- Have managed a page, created content, or worked with creators before
- Understand reels hooks, watch-time, and what makes people stop scrolling
