Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Intern (Out of Box Thinkers) based in New Delhi.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands internet culture, and can think beyond basic content ideas. Your primary role will be to make our communities — Socialbaaz and Marketing Mafia — highly engaging, active, and impossible to ignore.
You’ll work on creating viral-worthy content ideas, community engagement strategies, social media campaigns, creator interactions, trend spotting, and offline community experiences like meet-ups and networking sessions.

What You’ll Do
• Create super engaging content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Communities, and other social platforms
• Manage and grow Biggbell’s creator and marketer communities
• Brainstorm trend-based, meme-based, and culturally relevant content
• Plan and execute community engagement activities
• Coordinate and promote offline meet-ups, networking sessions, and creator events
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
• Work closely with the marketing and influencer team on campaigns
• Help make Socialbaaz & Marketing Mafia the most engaging communities in the creator economy space
• Experiment with unconventional and attention-grabbing content strategies
• Analyze engagement metrics and improve content performance.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and internet culture
• Creativity and ability to think differently from the crowd
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing
• Passion for creators, influencers, branding, and community building
• Comfortable brainstorming crazy and unconventional ideas
• Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics is a plus
• Prior experience managing pages, communities, or creating content is a bonus
