About The Internship
We're ViralChilly, a Jaipur-based digital marketing agency helping brands across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia grow through SEO, PPC, and Web Development. Trusted by clients like Canva, Adobe, Pharmeasy, Kalera Ayurveda, Stillio, Mobilocard, and many more. We're a young, execution-first team. No fluff. No excuses. Just real work, real learning, and good coffee over long meetings. We're looking for a social media intern who lives and breathes social platforms, understands trends, and is excited about building brands online, not just posting for the sake of it. This is not a 'schedule-and-forget' internship. You'll be managing real brand accounts inside a fast-moving digital agency and learning how social media actually drives engagement, reach, and results.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Managing and posting content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & others.
- Creating engaging captions aligned with brand voice & strategy.
- Assisting in planning and executing social media calendars.
- Researching trends, hashtags, formats & competitor activity.
- Coordinating with designers for creatives & reels.
- Supporting reel ideas, carousel concepts & content themes.
- Monitoring comments, DMs & basic community engagement.
- Tracking post-performance and preparing simple reports.
- Sharing fresh content and campaign ideas (yes, your ideas matter).

- Strong written communication skills.
- Genuine interest in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Creative mindset with awareness of current trends.
- Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven approach to work.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Honest, professional, and clear communication style.
- Calm under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Pursuing or completed a BA, MA, BBA, MBA, BCA, mass communication, or journalism (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers or students serious about building a career in social media and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience managing social pages, posting content, or growing accounts is an added advantage.
- Must currently be based in Jaipur and available for a full-time, 4-month work-from-office internship.

D. Internship Details
- Type: Full-time internship.
- Timings: 9:00 AM â 6:30 PM.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Onsite).
- Stipend - 3k-5k
